A small project with only 5 units. It is in a good location close to the beach.

It is a built-to-order house project that takes about 12 months to build. The process begins after signing the contract and paying the deposit. I like the house in this project, so I decided to buy it. It has three bedrooms and has a living area of about 300 square meters. The location here is perfect, as it is close to the beach with the perfect atmosphere. It’s also easy to get anywhere since it takes only a few mins to shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and fresh markets. The house is beautifully designed in a modern style. It is a 3-story house with a roof deck where you can sit and relax and enjoy the sea and mountains views. The price is relatively high, but it is very worthwhile considering a good location near the sea.
