What’s exciting now is the PSU wellness hospital being built less than a kilometer away. You can actually walk there if you take the back road. Having a facility like that so close to home feels like a huge win — not just for peace of mind, but also for what it means to the whole community. I wouldn’t be surprised if this area becomes one of the most sought-after spots in Kathu over the next few years. For me, Loch Palm Courtyard feels like the kind of place where life slows down just enough to let you breathe — but it’s also sitting at the edge of something big. If you’re looking for a place that’s easy to live in now, and still makes sense five or ten years down the line, this is it.

Living at the Loch Palm Courtyard villa was one of the most peaceful chapters of my time in Phuket. Tucked beside the Loch Palm Golf Course, the lake view alone made every morning feel like a retreat. It had the ambiance and styling of a high-end Laguna villa—but without the notorious Cherntalay traffic congestion. The villa’s layout was incredibly livable. High ceilings, full-length glass doors, and generous open-plan spaces created an airy, light-filled environment that always felt inviting. The private pool and courtyard became a sanctuary for weekend lounging and casual dinners under the stars. One of the underrated highlights was MBK Property’s maintenance team. Everything from landscaping to routine fixes was handled proactively and professionally. You could feel the difference—no stress, no endless phone calls, just smooth day-to-day living. The location was perfect for my lifestyle. Quiet and green, yet just minutes from Central Festival, international schools, and beaches. The project age is around 15 years old. While not new, it is a well-rounded community with good condition of common facilities. Cleaning is adequate. Fees are on medium range considering that the new projects even from brands are usually located near slums or working camps, noisy dirty roads, etc. This area is separated all around from such problematic zones, which is great. The location is one of the best since it is the middle of the island, 10-15 min drive to Central, BKK hospital, Old Town. Most of the beaches are also easily accesable.There is also a bypass through British international school which makes it easy to get to Bang Tao are, but you have plenty of options to go anyway. No noisy tourist is a plus. One downside is a Golf Players going around, posing albeit low, but nevertheless a safety risk

one of the best locations in Phuket. it has the golg course in front of the house. it is near shopping and hospitals. it has restaurants and bars nearby. and is located in the middle of the island, so you reach every corner of the island in acceptable time. Patong is 15 minutes away, the airport 40 minutes. And not that many tourists in this area too.

It is a secluded villa with excellent security. The villa includes two master bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen set. It is located in a vast golf course area. If you like to run or exercise in the morning, I think the weather here is great because the villa is next to the lake, garden and near Phuket town. There are many markets and shopping in the neighborhood. Anyway, I recommend having a private car to travel because it is very convenient, only 7 kilometers away from Central Festival Phuket.
