The project is located within reach of diverse choices of eateries, convenience stores, and shopping malls. It's also convenient to travel anywhere because it can switch between different routes. However, there is no sky train service on this line, so it is rather suitable for people who have their own cars. The house's exterior is attractive, and the interior is large. The room's layout is well-proportioned. Most importantly, there are numerous amenities available as well.
