    Although it was built a long time ago, the maintenance is excellent, the common area is clean, and the swimming pool has a lovely atmosphere. My neighbor and I stay on the same floor. We often swim and play tennis together in the evening, after work, and on weekends. My studio room is expansive at 47 square meters, making me feel comfortable. I bought the room here its location is close to my company. The location is near Ratchadamri BTS and many shopping malls, restaurants, shops, Lumpini Park, and Chulalongkorn Hospital.
