Near shopping center and convenient for life

Life here is very convenient as it is close to shopping areas and I don't need to use a car anymore. We can walk to shopping malls, restaurants, and other shopping areas with connecting buildings. However, this place is crowded all day. It has a 24-hour security guard. Moreover, the common area includes a large swimming pool, the gym, and a jacuzzi, which are very comfortable. Besides, the view from our balcony and the rooftop view is beautiful.

As this condo has been built for a long time, it looks a bit old and worn down. As you can see, everything is ready to use. The common area is clean. The project facilities are also like other condos. For the room section, there is some furniture inside the room, but it is pretty old. In terms of location, I can say that it is in a prosperous area, close to Phrom Phong BTS Station, just 8 minutes walk away. This neighborhood is also surrounded by Central Rama 9, Fortune, and the Esplanade department stores to buy everything you need. For the shopping lovers with a limited budget, there are markets where you can go shopping in a chill way, such as the Train Night Market and The Street Market in front of Big C Ratchada.
Excellent location, spacious room. It' s feels comfortable and feels like home.

The condo is in an excellent location in the heart of the city. The room is spacious and perfectly separate zones with a spacious living area, which feels like home. 15 minutes walking distance to Asok BTS station. There is a complete range of facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, CCTV, security guards for 24 hours, etc., close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, The Emporium, and The Emquartier. Anyway, just the building looks a bit old.
The 5-bedroom units of this project are immense.

The 5-bedroom units of this project are immense; it's much more extensive than many single houses. The living area is almost 500 square meters, suitable for living as a large family. Unfortunately, the selling price does not include furniture. If you are here, you rarely have to use additional amenities from the outside. It offers all the amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, a restaurant, a playground, a reception, and a security guard. The project is located in Soi Sukhumvit 20, which is not too crowded. The main road is nearby. If you want to use public transport, Asoke BTS and Phrom Phong BTS are just in walking distance.
