Oversized villa with a calm atmosphere

I was interested in buying a villa in Hua Hin for rental investment and expected a higher price for resale profit. So, I made an appointment to view the villa. It took me about 2 hours to drive from Bangkok. The entranceway was a bit narrow yet not in a far distance from the community and conveniences. There are 7-Eleven and eateries in front of the project's entrance. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. It's fully furnished. A whole kitchen set and appliances are there. The land area is expansive, and the swimming pool is fairly large. The surrounding atmosphere is quiet and private suitable for a family vacation
