Koh Por (Opposite island to Koh Lanta)

The plot is facing Koh Lanta.  It receives the sun all day. It is 1 minute from the Koh Por pier.  The Koh Por pier is directly opposite the Koh Lanta (Old Town) pier, which is approximately 10-15 minutes longtail boat ride away. The land has a very wide frontage to the government road on one side, and a very wide frontage to its own private beach on the other side. The land completely surrounds the private beach, which is approximately 150 meters wide. The land gently slopes down to the sea from the government road. The land is covered in a rubber tree plantation, and is well kept and producing raw rubber which can be sold. At one end of the beach there is a hill which is also perfect for building because of its picturesque open view overlooking the beach, the sea, and Koh Lanta. All parts of the land have sea views, and is topographicaly amazingly beautiful. The chanoot land title deeds are in perfect order. My Thai company has owned the land for almost 30 years.
